We prefer discussing the project in detail with clients before we get started and prior to completion. This is to ensure that your goals are met and that you are satisfied with our work. However, it is not necessary for you to be present while we work on your home.

While there may always be unforeseen events, we will do our best to accomplish the project on the date we agreed upon.

Repair projects typically take 1-2 days. However, this always depends on the scope of work, so the time frame may be greater.

We need access to water and electricity to do our work, so please let us know ahead of time if ever those will not be available.
